Current Hotel F&B is a necessity - people ultimately need to eat + drink, but should it not be more than that? Are these spaces performing to their maximum potential? They need to be transformative, taking on multiple uses but still being a singular whole.
Nineteen19 is this solution - a gathering space for meetings, dinner, drinking, retail and lounging - it is a fully multifunctional destination 24/7/365 for all aspects of hospitality life.
Our vision for the development of the Hilton Nineteen19 was to create a contemporary and lively bar, bistro and lounge with a unique sense of place and a funky industrial edge. We see the design being a fusion of culture, trend and local culinary experiences relevant to today's traveler.
To create this inviting destination, carefully considered spaces will be crafted to subtly define the individuality of each space and yet connect the various elements through a harmonious design ethos with a local orientated tilt.
